Tour Details

Ride, hike, and stay in two of Patagonia’s wildest corners — from fjords to fossil-covered highlands.

This slow, private journey takes you into places most travelers never reach.
You’ll start at Estancia La Península, where cliffs drop into the Last Hope Fjord and sheepdogs work the pastures like clockwork. Ride along the shoreline, sleep in a warm ranch cabin, and witness a life still shaped by land and weather.

Then leave the fjord behind and drive north to the Patagonian Highlands — wide, treeless, and quiet. In the Baguales mountains, you’ll stay in heated domes under ancient skies and walk among fossils millions of years old.

Each day is yours: ride with locals, explore valleys, rest when you need to. No pressure. No set rhythm. Just the freedom to be immersed.

Two landscapes – One slow journey.
Horses, mountains, firelight and something that stays with you.

🧭 What Makes It Unique

  • Riding, hiking, and optional 4×4
  • Meals cooked with local ingredients — no mass-market sodas, just wine, beer, and what grows nearby.

General Itinerary - Base Program

Day 1

Start from Puerto Natales at 9.00 AM,  head to Estancia La Peninsula and enjoy your guided activities for the day – Sleep at Barrosa Cabin.

Day 2

The schedule is flexible, varying with the weather and the physical abilities of the guests. The day’s activities can range from 1 to 6 hours. Routes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. This day begins and ends in La Barrosa. It’s the perfect time to enjoy the sunrise, explore the surrounding nature in depth, or just relax in the cabin and savor the tranquility of La Barrosa

Day 3

Morning activities out of La Barrosa and arrive for lunch at the Estancia. Enjoy a whole demonstrations of sheepdogs and shearing, learn the ins and abouts of sheep farming in Patagonia. Take the boat back to mainland and head to Estancia Baguales.

The journey to Baguales takes us through Torres del Paine, where we catch glimpses of its famous peaks—only to leave them behind as we continue north. Baguales Glamping offers a rare blend of comfort and remoteness  — here, under a vast canopy of stars, surrounded by nothing but mountains and silence, you will sleep in warmth and comfort, yet feel completely immersed in nature’s grandeur.

Arrive at Baguales Glamping around 6 to 7 PM just in time for dinner and a good nights rest.

Day 4

Day of activities at Baguales.
Baguales, a high-altitude wilderness, reveals traces of an ancient world — its valleys are scattered with fossils, its peaks shaped by millennia of wind and time.
Walking among these fossils, you witness the weight of time itself — a reminder that nature endures long beyond us.
As you ride through this immense landscape, you begin to understand what it means to be part of something timeless.

Day 5

Morning of activities of your choosing, grab a lunch as a last meal and head back to Puerto Natales or Torres del Paine National park.

Itinerary Add-ons

Traverse Out of Los Baguales – Special add-on for horse riding lovers, people with more experience can on the last day traverse out of Estancia Los Baguales towards Las Chinas Valley for incredible sights of mountains, wild horses and end the trip with great plains for galloping. The car will pick you up there to drive straight to either Puerto Natales or Torres del Paine National park to finalize your trip.
